I was having some difficulties getting some parts I needed for my flex it TEMs unit. Ronnie, my sales rep, was so helpful in getting me the parts . He was courteous and very polite. I appreciate the professionalism he has shown me. I wanted to say,Thank you for his services.
I seemed to like this place at first. I'm having trouble resolving a bill so this experience is going downhill fast. I got crutches from them in April 2014 and received a bill for the entire amount in September. Upon inquiry I was told my insurance never responded and the balance was my responsibility. My insurance never received a claim. I was then told they would refile. Again...no claim received. I came here for CPAP supplies which they unfortunately did not deal in. Here's why this is a 5 star review. Despite me not even being a customer of theirs, Jennifer went completely above and beyond in finding me the resources I needed and quarterbacking the effort to get my medical records from a norman supply store that was holding them hostage against HIPAA laws for non payment.
