New patient. No response from online booking. Option 1 (appointments) when I call says: the extension I have dialed is invalid. I tried extension 2 to see if I can speak to an agent and they don’t answer during office hours or return calls.
Professional and patient staff! Went in and left within the hour! The staff member who took my information was wonderful, caring and very efficient. The doctor and nursing staff that saw me made me want to come back again! Hopefully not soon but next time I won’t hesitate!
Dr. John Maarouf and his staff are the most caring trust worthy, professional and respectful medical office I have ever experienced!
