I brought in an electronic part that needed the power supply soldered to the board. When I dropped it off, they said it would be no problem. It was the weekend and it would have to be delivered to Bloomington on that following Monday to be repaired. I called the following Wednesday to ask about the status. We definitely will not be back. I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review before. The manager would not refund my money after they even acknowledged that they sold me a defective phone screen after paying almost $300 to have it replaced. I’ve used this Business for years which is the sad part.
I put my 16 pro max. They said it would take 45 minutes my charging port was dirty. They came back and boom screen cracked and said it cost $300! I was extremely disappointed. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Took my s23 plus in to have my charging port repaired. They were very polite and straightforward, which i greatly appreciated. The service was fast and friendly and the experience was great! Will be back for any other issue i may have and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
