We had a very good experience with the Clinic. The exemination went smoothly, Dr. Turban and the Team was very nice and helpful with us.
Super helpful and informative. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their medicals done for PR!
Day of visit went smooth, fast and easy. Doctor was nice. I never heard back about the results or the submission status to IRCC, and had to call multiple time with no answer (and no option to leave a voicemail). I had to chase them again via email, and although they apologized for the delay, they ended up submitting my application after the IRCC deadline (4 weeks after my appointment). This is extremely unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend this clinic to anyone for immigration purposes.
I would highly discourage anyone from using this service. I visited Dr Turban on 21st May 2021. I spent all of 5 minutes with her and was charged a ridiculously high rate for the visit. I was sent on to do lab tests at another location. Dr Turban and her team never got back to me with my results, I had to chase the team endlessly to see if they had sent my results back to immigration.
