I use Imd for all my jobs. After completing construction all my jobs are disinfected . During the job many different subcontractors come through such as electrical, plumbers etc. Imd will come in and disinfect doorknobs lightswitches and all hard surfaces.This enables me to give the homeowners a clean safe home back after the work is done

I am the primary caregiver to my 85 year old father, who suffers from congestive heart failure. We used IMD to have our basement cleaned and disinfected after the recent IDA storm flood in lower Westchester County. The technician used an electrostatically charged formula of Hydrochlorus acid and the service was quick and professional and also very affordable. This was done to kill all bacteria and prevent mold from growing. Within 48 hours of the service all the basement odors we were experiencing went away. We would recommend this service!
