So easy to fake a test result. Some field techs would just press a button and wala...the report is good...these customers are paying almost $300,00.000 a month with the possibility that a disgruntled employee fakes a test. Or if tests are done wrong they will never let the customer know and fix it...their motto is trust us we know what we're doing..whistle blower exposed all this no wind farm uses them its all southwire testing now

Terrible management. Often forgot about whon was deployed where. I stayed in Houson an extra 3 weeks, because manager forgot about me being there. That would have not.been a problem at all if the HR head would not have tricked me and sold me the job as an engineer job instead of what it was, a mindless tech-level job. Overall, it is a very easy job, but very mindless. As field tech, there is no going up in the company.... ever. If you like to travel, this is a very well paid, easy job.. It is a job, not a career.
