after using imc as a parts supplier for 5 years, Their online payment system failed and my payment did not get processed. After showing them the printout of the payment confirmation that I had, they continued to be rude and told me it was my responsibility to make sure the payment actually pulled from my bank. Good riddance. You are no longer my supplier, I no longer have an account, and my business has improved without your involvement.
Poor customer service! Ordered a part 3 days ago so it would be here when my customer got here. No one bothered to order the part from Houston and the person on the phone didn't seem to care. Guess I won't care to use another vendor instead!
