Very rude on the phone. I only called to ask a brief question
My sister and I are both RN’s who had been caring for my mom at home for 3 yrs. She had fallen several times and was loosing her vision due to med non compliance. Basically, we were failing her and were lost on what to do. She would not listen to us or do what was needed to live or keep her vision. We decided to check out Imboden Creek Gardens and my mom fell in love with an apartment there and also the staff. The nurses are the most professional, fun, loving and caring I’ve ever seen.
