Terrible customer service in my opinion. Tested to see if they would be my car and home loan vendor, but required back and forth paperwork, their system is ridiculously outdated.
Terrible customer service , after being told it “won’t be long” 20min later I just left, two people on the phone and the other having conversations about everything but banking .
Poor service - We went to open an everyday account and a term deposit, but the lady at the counter was rude, condescending, and talked over us, refusing all our requests. When we said we could hardly hear her through the plastic shield and preferred to come back for a private appointment, she refused to return our IDs right away, apologized without meaning it, and forced us to take the bank information pack.
Such a horrible Bank and max poor service,never ever able to do their every day job in right way
Such a great team to work with - my partner and myself have had nothing but an excellent experience looking to get our car loan and mortgage! Very down to earth, responsive and efficient to work with. Would highly recommend.
