Imani's is one of Charlotte's hidden gems. Try the food and you will be hooked!
Food was delicious. My fiancé and I were recommended this spot for our wedding catering. I had the jerk shrimp and grits and my baby had the curry chicken and rice. My God. The food was sooooooo good. I topped it off with a bread pudding. That was unbelievable. I'll be sure to visit again with my brunch buddy.
I've been going here for over 5 years, And, I am NEVER disappointed!! Very few places can boast that every dish is superior. Imani's is one of them. And, let's not start on the bread pudding with the vanilla rum sauce...! There is not enough space. Just go early and get some. He sells out...every day. Best kept secret on the East side.
Amazing food and the owner was very attentive and courteous. The presentation AND portion sizes are great. I will definitely revisit and I'm looking to utilize this company for catering services as well.
