I booked a 75 minute curly haircut and style priced at $120. I expected a dry cut with wash, dry & style after. I was told the hair at the crown wasn't curly enough for a dry cut. I received a wash, condition, wet cut, hair dry under helmet dryer for 10 minutes and finish with regular dryer. Results not like a dry cut - was okay. As an afterthought I was asked if I wanted to see how the back looked. All in - with 10 minute under dryer - 40 minutes max.
