7 yr old girl crowning nightmare – Just the facts Yesterday my 7 yr old daughter received a pulpotomy w/crown. That was at 3pm, by 6pm the crown was off. She was in pain all night. This AM, she was seen and the error was corrected. The dental assistant explained that the adult dentist had worked to set the tooth correctly and that she did not know why the Pediatric dentist did not prep the tooth correctly yesterday. Great office!! – Love the office! It is very new and modern with computer charts rather than old fashion paper charts. I bring my whole family to see Dr. Ami. It's nice to have all the specialists in the same building as well if we ever need them. Thanks Imagix!

IMAGINIX-JONES BRIDGE DO NOT GO TO THE NORCROSS OFFICE. I WAS TOLD MY DAUGHTER HAD 6 CAVITIES!!!!! ABSURD SEEING AS HOW SHE HAS NEVER HAD ANY. I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND THAT RESULTED IN NO CAVITIES!!! GO FIGURE. IMAGINIX NORCROSS WANTED ME TO PAY IN EXCESS OF $400 TO FIX. I would have never known to get a second opinion if it had not been for someone suggesting that to me. I recommend Johns Creek Dental instead of these scammers.

What a SCAM! I called their office, gave them my insurance infrormation, and they told me they were in network and DID take my insurance. To have my wisdom teeth out they gave me a cost printout of $390.00, which I paid in full. Months later, they started trying to collect another $400!!?? Turns out they lied about being in network and now they have sent a creditor after me to collect this fraudulent charge!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

Imagix Kids Dental & Orthdntcs Alpharetta We take the kids to the Alpharetta location for dental and orthodontics. Their billing department and front office staff are difficult to deal with. They have pushed extra services on us to increase their fees. They would not make an appointment for our child because of a missed payment. We offered to pay on the next visit, but this was apparently not good enough.

Norcross - Imagix Kids Dental & Orthdntcs is I am frustrated that I am stuck with this practice for the next 18 months!!!!! I have yet to have them correctly bill me for any services that I have had preformed. I had a routine cleaning done last month where they wanted the second set of x-rays in one year. I specifically asked if it would be covered by my insurance because typically they only cover one set per year. Imagix dental give wrong estimate to trick you! I am very unhappy with imagix dental because I feel that they do un-necessary work on my son's teeth and give me wrong estimate. During my son's regular visit in Jan., they told me that he has 4 cavities on his baby teeth, and give me an estimate of $190 out of pocket after insurance. I was hesitate to do the filling because my son is 9 years old, and his baby teeth should soon be replaced by permanent teeth. jones bridge location - find another dentist. This place is fine for children who have no dental issues and just need a quick cleaning. But for adults, they recommend many ridiculous "extra services" and fees that insurance doesn't cover.
