I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! Maya was incredibly friendly, talented, and helpful from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but Maya came up with a beautiful design idea and helped me choose the perfect colors. Her creativity and attention to detail really showed in the final result. I paid a $300 deposit to secure a suite at IMAGIQUE Salon Suites but ultimately did not move forward and never took possession of or occupied the space. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, including offering a compromise, but the deposit was still retained. I understand businesses have policies, and I respect the time and effort that may go into preparing a space.
