Dropped 12 shirts off sep 18th and was told they would be done by Oct 2nd and was charged $220 for a basic design. Stopped in the 2nd and was told they weren’t done so check in Friday (today), same thing they told me they could be done by next week. I canceled the order and picked up the shirts and was told I couldn’t even get a full refund because of an “art fee”. Poor customer service, poor quality for the prices, poor communication, and completely unreliability. Read on if you want to know my experience. Ordered $200 worth of gear on 3/29. That was 7 items. We were promised it would all be ready week of 4/22. So after not hearing anything or any issues I called them that week and was told the machine was down the week before so got a little behind but still trying to get done prior to 4/26 which is when I absolutely needed them. Our band Tigerpants needed custom embroidery for our stage clothes in a hurry. Hunter cleaned up the graphics we provided and knocked it out of the park quickly at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely do more with Imaging World!
I wanted to get my daughter’s name embroidered on a bag I had bought her. I was told it would take two weeks. Surprise! It was ready in less than one week! Embroidery looks great and price and service were fantastic. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience.
