I called to get images for my daughter. The lady on the phone was rude, told me that it can’t be done (even though the other location confirmed it was possible because they are all on the same system), and didn’t want to help. The imagining was done in Poconos since there was a long wait time and to get the images she wanted us to go all the way to Poconos.

The whole LVHN is a joke. There are a few good employees but I consistently have bad experiences. I was sent to the mri and xray office on N Ceader Creat and I walk in and not a single person is at the front desk. Two employees finally come to the main entrance and I asked the first one if anyone is working there and she’s like I don’t know. This is the front desk of the office at 3:15 in the afternoon on and I was sent from the other office to pick up my images on a cd for a surgery needed. Quick and easy! All staff members were awesome and caring. Had my results within 3 hours of leaving, which was unexpected, but wonderful!

Shannon was amazing at checking us in! Absolutely phenomenal experience getting an MRI scan for my grandmother. Clean facility!
