In the last 6 months I have been in 4 different hospitals for cardiac problems the staff has always been the best out of them all.
Friendly helpful staff. I had a knee replacement at the hospital last week and the performance of the Hospital staff was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Overall terrible experience-would never go to this hospital for care! I was told a price for my procedure then received an unexpected bill for thousands of dollars. Horrible customer service couldn't answer any questions about my bill over the phone so I was told a supervisor would call me-this never happened. As I hadn't heard from a supervisor for weeks I emailed customer service who replied once with information for me to fill out then did not respond again so I never received any information about my bill. Yesterday was my first time at Mease Dunedin from the ER staff to the staff on the telemetry floor they were awesome. The doctors kept me informed about everything. I haven't meant a nicer hospital staff long time. If I didn't live in St Petersburg this would be my hospital of choice.
I went to the ER a couple weeks ago and the service and care was exceptional. Staff was professional, attentive, and pleasant from start to finish.
Excellence in care! I have a hospital out my front door but I travel to Dunedin because their care/staff are top notch. Thinking of them right now.
