Valet parking,for the most part staff is nice.i prefer the check in staff over the waiting room staff.only because they don't enter act with the people in the waiting room until they have to call you to the back.I had to go to the restroom and wanted to let them know just in case they called me but the lady just ignored me and I noticed they have a sign on the doorway that pretty much said don't come in this area the staff knows your checked in. I prefer Bathgate Rd for my MRI's esp the MRI 1 machine there and their new CT machine is amazing! I have switched my care to that location. Ultrasounds went good at this location. Parking is not good unless you use Valet.
Just a part of an outstanding experience at OAA today. I was able to get an appointment the same day and the staff was just wonderful. Very friendly and caring. Couldn't be happier!
