Came in for some fasting blood work, got in quick. Staff was friendly and the phlebotomist did a great job.
SLOW SLOW AND UNNECESSARILY SLOW! These people do not move with a sense of urgency. I canceled an important doctors appointment due to the wait . I waited almost 2 hours for dang labs. LABS ONLY! The registrar lady, bless her heart. My goodness. Don’t waste your time here unless you absolutely cannot go elsewhere. THEY SUCK and are slow. This is the type of slow that will have you late to your own funeral. Just NO!
My wife had an appointment today. My wife and I thought the front office staff was excellent. Very friendly!! We were NOT happy with the time the CT technician took to attend to for her CT scan.
Just went in today. Because of the people at the front desk, this place gets four stars. They were very nice and helpful. However, the lady who did the scan was exceedingly slow.
Absolute worse , here is my experience. CT scan done and charged. Our Doctor never received the results. Called Imaging Plus to check on the hold up and they tell me they would need to transfer me to records. When I got transferred to records a recording message picks up and you have 1 of 3 choices which you then just get hung up on. I know this because I called back and they would just once again transfer me to this same recording message and once again would just hang up on me with any choice I would make.
