Horrible facility! I went there for an MRI. After the MRI, I asked for a CD, they said they have stopped burning CD’s for patients because Corewell health is supposedly rolling out a new system to send images directly to the patient’s email. But since that system was not ready yet, the MRI tech and front desk gave me a sheet of paper with instructions to fill out an authorization form and call a number to get my CD burned from one of the other Corewell Health locations. My daughter had her surgery today. Standard procedure - adenoids, tonsils, and tubes. The office was clean, staff was friendly, and it was a flawless procedure. I wanted to specifically thank Doctor Chisaokwu Duru. She was my daughter’s anesthesiologist. She took the time to come to our room and explain the process. The Google site says they are open from 8 am to 4:30 pm. So I took my 84 years old mother (who fell down and needed X rays) at 4:05 pm. They were closed and gave me a card to complain about correcting their hours. Interestingly that card also said their hours are 8am to 4:30 pm. When I called, their response was to check the website (not google) and that they would report to higher power to correct it.
