I got sent here about 3 months ago for a lung cat scan and was done in less than 40 minutes. Everyone was very polite and pretty ☺️. I mean the ladies
5 STARS!!!! Each time I’ve been to this location I have been greeted by very friendly & professional staff members. CINDY a registration team member sitting at the front desk welcomed me into the office with a smile & made me comfortable as if I was a guest at her home. Also, I want to highly commend HIFA a member of the Radiology Team. Nice clean facility. From the receptionist to the young lady in X-ray & Patrick in Doppler Imaging, very friendly & very professional.
Receptionist Tony is the most condescending, rude, nasty, disrespectful person we have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Accused us of lying and treated us like Garbage! Quit your job if you can’t deal with people.
My appointment was at 11:10, the lady that gives me drink for cat scan went on break for 40 mins so I had to wait, still haven’t been seen it’s almost 12. Won’t be back
