For the record every Imaging Healthcare location that I have visited until today has had exceptional customer service. Front desk women didn't acknowledge me for more than five minutes as I stood in the correct line at the Family Health Center office, I was the only one in the Imaging Healthcare line. When they finally decided to acknowledge me she spoke quietly in a very noisy room and I didn't even know she was speaking to me as she was looking down towards her coworker. Yesterday I had an X-ray taken by a very informative and astute technician. Her name was Samantha, She was a very polite and courteous young women and answered all of my questions regarding my exam. She is most certainly an asset to your company, It is not often you are greeted with such fine professionalism and knowledge these days. She really knew how to make a patient feel relaxed and comfortable in a not so relaxing environment. However, I am deducting a star as the parking at the facility was dreadful.
