Easy to locate, has parking on-site. Lobby is very nice, very professional setting. Check in took maybe 3 minutes, if that, all online. My MRI went extremely well. It was pretty comfortable and my MRI tech/nurse was outstanding. I'd definitely (hopefully not...) come back here if needed. Overall pretty good place.
My husband and I both had referrals for imagining scans the appointment process was extremely easy and very informative the receptionist over the phone was very professional and helpful and she explained the check in process and what we needed to bring. Prior to our appointments we received a text message with our appointment information as well as check in times and a link with directions to the office. I'm giving them a five-star for their staff professionalism and knowledge. For some procedures you can get an appointment but for x-rays you cannot walk-in only. There always is an hour or more wait for walk-ins. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you have any paperwork that hasn't been processed from your doctor they will help you as much as they can. My appointment was for a PET scan and this place, rather the techs that took care of me were professional and kind. They explained everything and started right on time. The place itself was clean and comfortable.
