Nicole, on the MRI machine, is a very sweet lady. Got rid of all my anxiety and was so so nice.
Made an appointment for an MRI. Arrived an hour early. Waited for quite some time. Then, the technician came out and told me the machine was broken. I had to reschedule. The only available appointment was in Plainfield, far away from me. I'm not happy.
Excellent facility: clan, modern and tastefully decorated. The receptionists are professional and friendly, and the nurse (Heather), and the technician offered outstanding services: professional, kind, caring and friendly. Thus us type of experience every patient should receive!
