This place has REALLY gone downhill now that Hartford Healthcare has taken over. Unfortunately, it is not the same, for sure, as it was. Years ago it was independently owned, then Midstate took over, and now Hartford Health(does not)care runs the show. Horrible patient interaction, feels like you are a number. Noone seems to care that you are a human and giving them business. When I arrived at the WH Radiology center, I was greeted by Jill. She was courteous, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure that reports were sent to my list of physicians. She also made sure I had a disc with my study before I left. Honestly she couldn’t have been more helpful. I know it’s not easy working in health care, and patients can be be difficult since their not at there best, so she is all the more exceptional. The Radiology tech was Sharon. Well, I've called 3 separate times to book a mammogram and each timenI have waited more than 25 minutes and had to hang up and go back to work! Answer your phone!
