Estoy impresionada con la mala atención que proporcionan los trabajadores del lugar; desde la recepcionista, encargadas el área de seguros, y la manejadora del lugar; es decepcionante que trabajen encargadas una área donde brindas atención al cliente y trata con pacientes enfermos tengan tan poca empatía, humanidad y muchísima falta de compromiso. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The front office staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. I tried for a long time to schedule a morning appointment, but was repeatedly told there was no availability. I eventually agreed to an afternoon appointment to accommodate their schedule. During the phone call, I clearly explained that I have children and no childcare, and that if I had to come in the afternoon, they would need to come with me.
