This morning I called the mammogram scheduling department with a question about my upcoming appointment next week. I was informed that the wait time would be 1 hour and 64 minutes so I chose a call back. 5 1/2 hours later I received the call back only to be hung up on as I am saying hello, hello. Immediately I called back but of course I have been told the wait time now is another 1 hour. I can only hope that I have everything I need for my appointment.
They charged me for a bill my insurance already paid and said “we have filed your insurance below but there has been no response.” Luckily my company has health advocates who were able to confirm that them doing so is a breach of their contract with the insurance company! So crazy! Beware! Update: 6 months later and they are trying to illegally bill me again!

I had what turned out to be a benign cyst aspirated after a mammogram and ultrasound suggested that further study was called for. The staff couldn't have been nicer or conducted themselves in a more professional manner. Don't be afraid to have your yearly exam done - I highly recommend these people to take good care of you!
For the exceptional radiologist and rad tech: On Friday, I had a barium swallow (nervous SMAs patient), and I truly can’t thank you enough for how kind, gentle, and informative you were. At a time when I desperately needed reassurance, you gave me hope. I’ll never forget the way you made me feel seen and validated. I’m deeply grateful for the care you showed me and for turning a stressful moment into a positive memory. You’re both incredible humans—thank you for doing what you do with such empathy.
