Had to get a scan done and this place was quick, efficient, and did a perfectly awesome job billing my insurance. One of the few places that sent the bill to both of my insurances correctly
I went in and forgot my insurance card. I was a patient there for almost 7 yrs. I ask, can my wife take a picture of the card and message to me and you guy just write Down the information. The whole point of the card is to get the membership number so you can claim. They told me they needed to scan it and I must have the card in person. They are make me having to reschedule the appointment. How stupid is that? So I left. They’re not the only imaging center business in town.
