I had to go to the emergency room last year due to having a kidney infection the ultrasound was a good experience the tech was super nice to me while I was in a lot of pain the 2nd ultrasound was super fast
I cant stand this place...they are so corrupt. I went to the ER with extreme side pain and they gave me a CT of my head. When I was discharged the ER doctor was eating a granola bar and said yep, 20 years of stress...we couldn't believe it. Then the bill came and we fought it for 5 months and kept getting letters stating we have the right to change our codes whenever we want. Corrupt and fraud. I can only Thank God that he is the judge and will take revenge himself.

Went in for imaging today, I’ve never had an ultrasound before and my appointment was by referral. Apparently the person who scheduled me was supposed to tell me to drink 24oz of water an hour before my appointment and failed to, and the instructions were not on my digital appointment details - so after an already crappy encounter with the imaging reception staff who were impatient and rude even though I was polite and on time, I had another staff member come into my exam room after initial imaging who blatantly blamed me an... read more
My 4 month old son needed to get an ultrasound of a cyst on his eyebrow. Check in was easy, the staff was so kind, and the techs made sure me and my son were comfortable during the exam. Within a half hour the results were published to MyChart and ready for his provider to view. We had a really great experience with this imaging center and will be back if ever needed! Thank you Imaging/Check-In staff!
