I had a terrible experience with the imaging center customer service. They showed no empathy and made me feel like I was talking to a brick wall. They had all the information since the 6th of January and they were saying they didn’t have anything from the doctors office up today which is the 15th. Still with no resolve. would not recommend
I have had multiple imaging procedures conducted here in Eagle over the years. The staff have been professional and caring, especially when I have been hurting and concerned. They explain everything they are going to do to keep you informed. The only issue I have is that most of my imaging results have not been posted in accordance with the Cure Act and Open Notes Rule which states that patient's results are to be posted immediately and not that a patient needs to wait a week or for their provider to contact them.
