I went in for a medicare wellness visit and they mis-coded the billing and Medicare would not cover it. then it took 8 phone calls to finally talk to billing. Billing said they would review in and have a decision in 3 weeks. What a total mess. Imagine something more serious and having Peacehealth put in the wrong code. The doctor said he is not a billing expert. but yet, somebody there in the office put the code in.
