Please avoid going Merrimack Pediatrics. We had a very bad experience with the nurses and doctors for not accepting medical records
I can NOT get an appointment with a doctor and the physician assistant keeps putting inaccurate information in my chart because she does NOT listen to what I am saying. I have seen her more than once and the information has been inaccurate each time. 5🌟 I had a great visit here. Receptionist was very Nice, Pleasant, helpful. Compassionate, professional. Very organized. On phone and in person. Educated Nurses are Awesome, and Amazing Staff here. I have had good experiences with the staff, the nurses and assistants are great. They know what they're doing and work with you as a team. The receptionists that are answering the phones, on the other hand, are not compassionate at all. My family is currently going through Covid + and my baby got it, which is already distressing - all I wanted to do is alert his pediatrician of a change in status, which I thought was a reasonable thing to do & wouldn't hurt.
