Genia and Lynda V were professional and friendly! Outstanding.
Had a late night MRI with Jordan and Lynda. They couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. I knew they must have had a long day, but you would never know it! The facilty was out of warm blankets so they wrapped me in heated robes. I want to give another shout out to Lisa at the front desk. She was amazing! helpful, knowledgeable and personable all at 7 pm!
Had arthrogram/MRI, which required dye injection down the hall before MRI. Professional and efficient staff, from support staff to doctors, and everything was explained before procedure(s). Results were uploaded within hours and disk with images was ready for pickup within 24 hours.
Technician and Dr.'s were very good, but back-office never sent results to Dr. that ordered imaging. Results suggested that monitoring was necessary, but my Dr. was not aware. Not a great situation.
