This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. No one returns your calls or emails and no one can ever answer any of your questions. When you ask to speak with a manager, you are told there is no one else to speak with so the issue never gets resolved. As a home owner who pays HOA fees, the least they can do is be familiar with their polices and be able to provide the the proper information in response to questions regarding the things they are requiring you to do.

Terrible service…. The people who working there is very mean, I’m trying for more than a month that somebody fixes my heat issue in my condo… sent them emails, called them many times, the y always said… we will call you and it never happened… I called again and Carrie didn’t let me talk and she just hanged me the phone!…. I pay $500 dollars a month for a terrible service…. It’s a shame…

Unfortunately I have been trying to get them to fix my irrigation system since July. Claudia is assigned to the Rivington and has been so difficult to work with. Continuous broken promises and no one else to speak with. Very disappointing.
