Don’t rent or own from Imagineers. They don’t care about their customers. After the recent hurricane Ida we experienced 4 inches of water in our basement due to unleveled landscaping in the back. I had brought it to the attention of the management prior to the storm and no one addressed it. A few weeks after the storm they were digging to try and correct the problem. They won’t cover the expense of correcting the water damage and mold yet it was their neglect. Their answer was contact FEMA even though there is no fema money... read more

In regards to my complaint regarding Imagineer's continuing to take common charges from my bank account after property had all been legally verified and sold with everything verified to have all been paid in full and completely up to date prior to/at closing??....Yes, a Condo Resale Certificate had all been timely filed and paid for way ahead of time by me........Even paid the expedited ( another rip off) $151. cost on July 21, 2021. August $ 325.05 Common Charges withdrawn by them on August 5, 2021...Closing was August 11... read more

I sold my unit and all common charges by me were paid prior to closing date well in advance and they were deducted from my bank account ( as the entire 9 years I owned it perfectly on time every single month)......Final sale and all legal documents and everything signed off on by lawyers and 100 percent perfect property transfer to new owners ...........But then what did Imagineers do this month September 7, 2021??
