Our family appreciated the great attention and advice provided by Shane at Imagine Travel. He guided us through planning a Mediterranean cruise and helped line up excellent guides for us at each stop in Italy through his contact, Luca, at a local Italian tour agency. The guides met us at each port and drove us in a company van for the day, allowing us to see both the main highlights of each city but also adapted the activities to include select places of interest each day that we suggested. Have used Bernie Smalley to plan two vacations so far and have been absolutely thrilled. A Virgin Cruise to Alaska and a Disney World / Universal Studios trip.
