Called this company and the guy was super rude (his motto: is that he's always right)! He should not be in business. Without knowing me, and during our initial call, guy told me, he doesn't change his design, he only takes clients that don't have changes, he's not going to look for your vision but you have to take his design and vision. He listed a bunch of examples if I didn't like a blue shade of pillow he chose and wanted something else, he isn't going to waste 3 weeks looking for the perfect fit.
