I moved into my home as a first time home buyer on February 28th. Within 2 weeks of me being in the house I had to call A1 Sewer service out twice. The second time the owner and the entire crew informed me that the back room addition of the house had been completely built over a sewer line. Sewer line replacement is around $2000.
