Love this school and the Paul Mitchell culture!!!
I used to love this place until I went in last Nov to get the same service as always. I needed my roots lightened and my color refreshed. I wanted the same color I had been getting for almost a year but even after looking at my card they didn't get it right. I wasn't excited about the color so they told me I wouldn't be charged and I could come back to get it fixed at my convince. I did but again the color was not the color I wanted and when I washed my hair at home the ends of my hair fell off. I lost about 3 inches.
