We had an initial consultation with Dr. Bonser and Stephanie was our treatment coordinator at the Lakeland location. The office is very clean and esthetically pleasing which creates a fun, clean and upbeat atmosphere. They have seats for parents to sit near their kids while they are getting work done which is nice. My recent visit was very straight forward and easy, everyone was very professional and had lots of smiles! David helped me with my paperwork on some questions I had making everything a breeze. He was attentive to my questions and follow ups about my visit post doctor. Good place to go to for a perfect smile!

I’ve always heard great things about this office, but during my visit today, I was really disappointed. I saw a female doctor yelling at an assistant while X-rays were being taken, and it made me feel very uncomfortable as a visitor. The way she was acting made it seem like she doesn’t care about her job or the people she works with. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, and honestly, it makes me not want to come back.
