Mayra was amazing! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down and was so friendly throughout my appointment. She explained everything she was doing, answered my questions, and made the whole experience much less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. The Lakeland office is always welcoming, and the staff are great, but Mayra really stood out. Highly recommend her and the Lakeland team! 😊
I’m a new client and scheduled a free consultation yesterday at the Lakeland location. Stephanie R. took care of me, and she was absolutely wonderful! The people are very nice. The ladies are nice but when the boss is not looking they talk to each other over the patient about their personal lives. I would prefer that the attention is given to the patient/client. I am not sure how confident I feel that the work being done is quality work. It’s definitely not a private room that you sit at. I would prefer that there at least be curtains between the clients. You lay down in a lounge chair about 8 ft away from someone else. There can be 10 patients/clients in one large room.... read more
