I've been ducked by imagine orthodontics. This place is amazing. The staff is so sweet and caring. They really do take care of their patients. I recommend you bring your babies to get their braces here.
Elizabeth is the best we love coming in and getting in her chair. We have 2 favorites and she's definitely one of them!
Beth is amazing :) I took my 2 little babies to my orthodontist appt unexpectedly, and she was patient and so helpful with them during my appt. I was nervous and she made it a breeze! Love the lakeland location :)
I had an amazing experience for my visit! Mayra did an amazing job on taking care of me. She was telling me step-by-step of what she was doing, she was very kind and very caring. She had a smile throughout the appointment and a wonderful personality!
Clean office, staff is friendly , they are ALWAYS late on appointment times so be prepared if your appointment is set for 9:20am to not be seen until 20 min past . Very frustrating and inconvenient. So if you’re a punctual person this would not be the orthodontics for you. unfortunately I’m stuck with this untimeliness for the next 8 months.
