They broke my frame and they said they are not taking any responsibility because I signed a waiver. They blamed the crack on the frame. However, when I handed the frame over to them, they didn't point out the crack, if they do, I will reconsider the situation, but since they did not point the crack out, I assumed the frame was in good condition without crack.
