They said they don't take walk-ins it's by appointment only. They should have that posted when you Google it. Your attitude this morning toward your potential customer was unnecessary just like your comment back to my original is unnecessary. Therefore my rating stands and I'll go even further and tell everyone to go right across the street to Indulgence Salon & Spa where they will receive superb customer service and they take walk ins 😉
I have been going to the salon for a couple years now. Both ladies at the salon do great work. I very much appreciate the the fact it’s appointment only as that shows respect for my time. I don’t have to worry that they tried to squeeze somebody in and then sit and wait past my appointment time. They are always very accommodating and bring my ideas to reality.
I’ve been going here for a couple of years now after trying many salons in the area over the years and it’s truly the best! It’s appointment-only, but for good reason, I’ve never had to wait, and they always run on time. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and really take their time with every service. The salon is also extremely clean, which I appreciate so much. I always leave happy and confident in their work. Highly recommend!
