I am baffled. I’m not sure why I paid $45 for nothing. My cuticles , as you can still see , are all attached and not cleaned. The nail polish is all over my skin and was not cleaned up. My nails are not filed straight and are all crooked. They had zero options to fix it and required I still paid for a botched service. During the service, the gentleman doing my pedicure used the item on himself then tried to directly put it on my skin until I stopped him saying how unsanitary that was! I would not go here.

I was given a gift certificate for Imagine Nails. I had the deluxe pedicure. It was so relaxing, especially with the massage chair. It was absolutely perfect!! I would come back again

Never again. I booked a specific person because I wanted a specific time slot that was completely open. However, when I arrived, they told me he was busy and passed me off to a random technician. Honestly, I should have walked out right then. First, I want to address the pricing. The base prices aren't bad, but I don't understand why this salon charges an extra $10 for 'extra length' when my nails are only a standard medium length and not ridiculously long. Very nice and polite! They gave me free water and chips for my pedicure. The vibe is very nice and clean in the salon. There were no issues in my service whatsoever, and it was a relaxing experience for me. I have no complaints and would recommend coming here. My technician took good care of me, and the massages given were super nice! I appreciate it a lot:)
