Tried to do a nice thing and book a mani pedi appointment for my wife online. The appointment was confirmed via email and text, then when she stopped by for her appointment was told there was nothing booked. Showed them the bookings they sent me, however the only individual there had such broken English she couldn't tell me what happened. Terrible experience and ruined what was supposed to be a nice outing.
Came in for a pedicure, and was seen right away! Everything was wonderful, and the service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back.
