Good luck getting any deficiencies corrected after the sale. They are non responsive and send you to a voicemail that tell you to go to a website. We have drawers we have to tape shut because they will not stay closed. Our "upgraded" automatic lock on the door does not work because the bolt no longer lines up. Our gated community isn't gated because the company cannot get the gate to work..... all this for 500k. We have car break ins and security issues with excuses the gate will be fixed soon.
