All I can say is I am so happy I finally broke down and got hearing aids - and decided to go to a local audiologist who is not only an amazing practitioner, but a kindhearted person who will bend over backwards to make sure you are well-cared for and happy with your hearing aids. Janene has been a Godsend and getting hearing aids from her has truly made all the difference in the world!
Janene did a great job of adjusting my new hearing aids to my personal needs. She is very personable and professional and accommodating. Overall a great experience.
Janene explained all the options for my particular hearing problems. She fitted and adjusted the hearing aids to restore sounds I hadn't heard in years. She responds quickly to my text messages when I have questions and I can get an appointment quickly.

I recently started to check out hearing aids as I struggle to manage my Tinnitus. I had a hearing test done through Sutter in Roseville and used my Medicare coverage. I've gone to 3 places in Auburn, CA. The 1st was Hearing Life on Heritage Oaks Pl. Sean was the technician that fitted me. The office checked my Anthem Blue Cross insurance card for coverage.
