Rachel and her team truly are so genuine and amazing! They make it feel so warm and inviting while also being so authentically supportive. It’s honestly something that is so refreshing when I come to Imagine Healthcare. Because of what they’re able to do, they are part of the reason why I can smile, laugh, and love just a little bit better each day. :)
After reading about the new Spravato treatments in Chicago, I contacted Imagine Healthcare. Overall I have been extremely impressed with their staff and level of professionalism. Huge shout out to Alexis, Farrah, and Sarriah for spoiling me during my appointments and making me as comfortable as humanly possible. Also thanks to Dr Norris for always checking in with me and explaining everything so clearly.
Exceedingly compassionate, very professional! Her and her staff do everything they can to help the patient feel better as fast as feasibly possible. Would highly recommend!
