Imagine is the exact opposite of every other physician’s office I’ve ever visited (as a patient with a physical disability who spends an inordinate amount of time in doctors’ offices, I feel I have achieved expert level/abilty to rate medical staff, with regards to drs). I’ve been going to Imagine for about a year and a half and it is a place where the people genuinely care about me as a person and not just a patient/client. The doctors, therapists, and staff are warm and caring and it’s a place where I look forward to spending time because I feel safe and cared for.

I'm very satisfied with the level of care I've received at Imagine- the environment is very clean and welcoming, and the team offers thorough care and genuine kindness. I've worked primarily with Dr. Norris, Alexis, and Soryia, who have all been very knowledgeable, caring, kind, and professional. For patients who are continually working to improve their mental health and seek relief from conditions that can be so difficult to treat, I would highly recommend this as a safe and caring place to do so.
