Absolutely love her and all the staff! I wouldn't trust most doctors for this medicine. Dr Rachel Norris is an outside the box thinker, and came with multiple 'very picky' doctor recommendations. Greatly helping my pain without daily medicine. She listens, she ask squestions, she cares and has knowledge from multiple fields and years of building resources to pull from to help you. I don't right reviews, and kinda want to gatekeep her lol I hope she can help everyone how she's and her team have helped me.

Imagine is the exact opposite of every other physician’s office I’ve ever visited (as a patient with a physical disability who spends an inordinate amount of time in doctors’ offices, I feel I have achieved expert level/abilty to rate medical staff, with regards to drs). I’ve been going to Imagine for about a year and a half and it is a place where the people genuinely care about me as a person and not just a patient/client. The doctors, therapists, and staff are warm and caring and it’s a place where I look forward to spending time because I feel safe and cared for.
