Carol Shaddix is the best. Five stars plus. She does more to make a Viking cruise the outstanding experience everyone looks for. Every detail covered before and checking with us after the cruise was wonderful. We Just returned from our second Viking cruise that Carol set up for us she even found a calcellation so that friends of ours could join us on the cruise. Been on many ocean cruises but find that none compare to the outstanding Viking cruises.

Carol is a Godsend when planning a vacation! She is the sweetest most helpful person to work with! All the stress is taken away from planning your trips and she is always checking in till departure date to see if there are any better deals available she can offer. Carol adds special little touches to each trip and it shows her heart for this business and how much she cares for her clients. Our family loves her, she is not just our travel agent but considered a friend!

Carol Shaddix handled all our details for our Rhine River Cruise with great expertise and was there for us with whatever questions we needed answered.
