The communication at the place is poor. Our daughter was there for 3 months and some of the counselors seemed young and more to be her friend rather than focus on her real problems. I don’t recommend this place for your kids. Looks elsewhere
The kids were nice but alot of the people who worked here didn't know how to handle kids with complex issues, they had snacks provided.
I met some really cool people here, staff were nice for the most part except the nurse and one of the counselors Jeannie. Overall decent
I have gone through the Imagine program four times in the span of two years and it was overall a very healing experience. The staff were amazing, even when dealing with their own struggles in life, it felt like they were always there to support me. I would recommend this program to anyone.
Family member gained skills to resist harmful urges, learned refusal skills, and found ways to calm down when upset. Removal from the problem setting into a place to reset, reassess, and reflect was helpful for all family members involved. Helpful advocate with insurance coverage and mitigation of costs. Always a happy pick up after each day. A low demand atmosphere is a gift in teen life.
