After canceling my appointment Mark used profanity directed at me when returning my deposit. My subwoofer box that he sold me has a huge air leak and my tint was also messed up on the driver side and looks crappy. Extremely disappointed I got service like I did. Also a few years I had a very poor interaction with an employee Jackson. They do extremely clean wiring but their customer service is extremely stuck up and they don’t want to fix their problems.
Another example of great work guy!!! The folks at Imagine Audio moved my On-Star FMV from my Suzuki Grand Vitara to my 2015 Subaru Outback. The On-Star mirror looks like it was delivered with the vehicle. At the same time they applied side body moldings to my Subaru (less then the dealer cost) and they look great!!! You guys rock!!! Thank you so much!!!
I want to thank Marc, Jackson, Collin and the rest of the crew at Imagine Audio. Since moving back to Philadelphia in 2006, I tried 3 different car audio shops and none of them had the customer service and especially the expertise to properly assemble a high end car stereo. Sadly, it's seems as if finding a great car audio store is about as difficult as finding a skilled/honest auto mechanic. Thanks to Imagine, I finally own a stereo that anyone would be envious of. Made a few purchases and service was great... UNTIL one day I gave a deposit for service and when i came back with competitive pricing they then lied about their MATCH policy and would not match the competitor and then i asked for a return of my deposit and they would not return my deposit. I was told that i needed to buy their product or they were going to keep my money.I had to file a dispute claim with Visa bc they wanted to keep my money bc i didn't want to get the job done by them. For my first car a pearl 2010 infinity g37awd It had to be Hooked up so I simply told them I wanted them to put 4 15's in the trunk new speakers all around with extra tweeters installed so you couldint see them at all, led lights in my interior I wanted pink HID headlights and fog lights because for some reason a 55k car don't have a factory option for fog lights... stupidd but anyway they cut holes in the lower bumper and did something custom that looked insane.
