Soooo fun for littles!! My son is 4 and my daughter is 1 and they both have a great time. I wish older siblings were allowed in the “baby” are but that’s really my only complaint!
We love imaginasium and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. It’s been awhile since we visited and I’m not sure we will return. There’s many positives; the lady working the desk was SO nice, it wasn’t too busy, they have sitting for grownups… BUT I was really let down by the cleanliness and selection of toys for the price. So many toys had visible gunk/dirt on them. Only 1 bucket could be found to put yucky toys in and it was hard to find. We celebrated our son's birthday at Imaginasium, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, they were kind, helpful, and so accommodating from start to finish. The space was clean, safe, and full of fun activities for the kids. All the children had such a blast, nonstop smiles, laughter, and play the entire time! It seemed clean and the staff was friendly, the only reason it’s not 5 stars. Is because the parents seemed like a clique almost. Their children were very nice. But everytime my son tried to play around or with their kids they gave me dirty looks. Granted my son is on the spectrum, I just thought it was off putting so we left early. I don’t think we will be back because that was an uncomfortable situation
I take my son to play here every Monday. The lady that runs it is very nice. There's lots to do. My son has so much fun here and we really enjoy it. It's cheap and every 7th visit is free.
