This was my second time giving this knitting store a try, and unfortunately the experience was just as disappointing as the first. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and I wasn’t greeted at all when I walked in. There were only about two other customers in the store, so it wasn’t busy or overwhelming. I’ve been shopping here since around 2010. It is the best store ever. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The selection of yarn is incredible.
Lovely little shop near Delores Park! I had a great experience with a gentleman employee who treated me with patience and kindness as I asked, 'How do I start knitting?' I've crocheted for years and their fibers are quality and fairly priced.
