I had a great first visit. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff made me feel very comfortable and suggested some great ideas. I will definitely go back.
I accepted that this was ultimately my decision to allow Richard to apply the Keratin treatment to my hair. However, the unprofessional demander that this stylist displays was so unnecessary. We expect our stylist to be knowledgeable and professional in the hair care field.
